Domestic & International Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATE & DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Your order will ship through USPS and you can select your delivery type at checkout once you put in your shipping information and it will calculate your rate at that moment.

Typical Shipping costs:
USPS Ground Advantage - 3 business days - $4.37
USPS Priority Mail - 2 business days - $9.00
USPS Priority Mail Express - 1 business day - $34.10

International Costs:
USPS First Class Package International - 7 to 21 business days - £16.00
USPS Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 business days - £53.00
USPS Priority Mail Express International - 3 to 5 business days - £61.00

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

DAMAGES

Hello Joy! Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Do reach out to us at jenny@hellojoyco.com though if your items arrive damaged and we will see if there is anything we can do to help you out.
