I did 2 pounds of meat because my kids love leftovers! My son eats leftovers for breakfast and my daughters packed them in their lunch for school. This recipe is decently fast to make for a weeknight! They could also be baked in the oven, but I love when they are sautéed in a skillet! I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!

Here is the recipe:
Three Cheese Meatballs
(Serves 8)
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 c Breadcrumbs (I used Italian)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 c Shredded Parmesan
5.3 oz Boursin
4 oz Cream Cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Form 1.5 inch meatballs with all the mixture.
3. Warm Avocado Oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Once it's warm then sauté the meatballs in batches making sure you brown all sides and cook them through.
4. If you are serving them with a red sauce then what I did was turn off the heat, soak up the extra grease with a lot of paper towels keeping the meat bits in the pan still. Grab your favorite red sauce from a jar and pour on to the meat bits in the pan. Scraping the bits off the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. And let the sauce warm up in the pan.
5. Serve them on with spaghetti, with your red sauce!
You could even serve these with mashed potatoes!
Enjoy!!!
